What is Credo+?
Our streaming platform. It’s where you watch—no subscription, pay per title.
Do I need a subscription for Credo+?
No. Create a free account, then rent or buy titles à la carte.
How long are rentals on Credo+?
Rental periods vary by title, from a few days up to 30 days. The rental window is listed on each film’s page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely via Stripe and accept most major debit/credit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your device.
What languages are available?
It depends on the film. Many titles include subtitles (and some include dubbing). Check the film page for language options.
What is the playback quality on Credo+?
Up to 4K depending on the title and your device/connection.
Where can I watch Credo+?
On your web browser, our iOS and Android apps, as well as on Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, and Roku (Samsung and LG coming soon).
When does the rental clock start?
Your rental period begins as soon as checkout is complete. All time limits are measured from checkout, not from when you press play.
Can I download to watch offline?
Offline viewing varies by title and device. If available, you’ll see a download option in the app.
Do you sell titles on DVD and Blu-ray?
Select titles are available for purchase on DVD and Blu-ray. If offered, you’ll find a link on the film page.
What is your refund policy?
Because streaming access is delivered immediately, purchases and rentals are generally non-refundable. If you have a technical concern, contact support for assistance.
Can I share my account?
Your Credo account is for personal, household use only. Please don’t share login details outside your household.
How many devices can I use?
You can be signed in on multiple devices, but simultaneous streams per account may be limited to ensure fair use.
Are captions and audio descriptions available?
Most films include captions; the availability of audio description varies. Please refer to the individual film page for accessibility options.
How do I host a group screening?
For public or group screenings, please contact us for a screening license. We’ll help with the proper permissions.
