Casting From Your Phone to Your TV

iPhone / iPad → TV (AirPlay)

If your TV supports AirPlay 2 (or you have Apple TV):

1. Connect your iPhone/iPad and TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open Credo+ and start a video.
3. Tap the AirPlay icon.
4. Select your TV or Apple TV.

Open your device’s app store, search for “Credo+”, install, and sign in.

Android → TV (Google Cast)

If your TV supports Google Cast, or you have Android TV / Google TV:

1. Connect your phone and TV to the same Wi-Fi.

2. Open Credo+ and start a video.

3. Tap the Cast icon.

4. Select your TV.

Samsung TVs

Option 1 — AirPlay (iPhone/iPad)

If your Samsung TV supports AirPlay 2:

• Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi.

• Start a video in Credo+.

• Tap AirPlay and select your Samsung TV.

Option 2 — Screen Mirroring (Android)

• Open Quick Settings on your Android device.

• Tap Smart View.

• Select your Samsung TV.

• Play your video.

LG TVs

Option 1 — AirPlay (iPhone/iPad)

If your LG TV supports AirPlay 2:

• Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi.

• Start a video in Credo+.

• Tap AirPlay and select your LG TV.

• Open Quick Settings.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

• Restart your phone and TV.

• Update your phone’s operating system and TV firmware.

Your rental period begins as soon as checkout is complete. All time limits are measured from checkout, not from when you press play.
Offline viewing varies by title and device. If available, you’ll see a download option in the app.
Select titles are available for purchase on DVD and Blu-ray. If offered, you’ll find a link on the film page.
Because streaming access is delivered immediately, purchases and rentals are generally non-refundable. If you have a technical concern, contact support for assistance.

Your Credo account is for personal, household use only. Please don’t share login details outside your household.

You can be signed in on multiple devices, but simultaneous streams per account may be limited to ensure fair use.
Most films include captions; the availability of audio description varies. Please refer to the individual film page for accessibility options.
For public or group screenings, please contact us for a screening license. We’ll help with the proper permissions.
If you have playback or billing issues, contact support from your account menu with your order ID and device details.
